The five founders of OptionBridge - Moshe Cohen, Melinda Gehris, Ericka Gray, Diane Levin, and Bill Logue - have enjoyed working together informally for many years. Based on our long-standing ties and the mutual trust developed over time, we formalized those relationships to form OptionBridge.

With almost 75 years of combined experience in training, facilitation, mediation, negotiation, we share the goal of educating others about better ways of negotiating, managing conflict, communicating, and resolving difficult issues in productive ways.
